Art work 2009-2013

I had a few minuets to spare tonight so you know what I made this. Sometimes I get generally worried my art won't be good enough to get me where I want to be, because I want to be a computer animator more then anything, and it's been this way since I was little, but I know it's just such a hard career to get a job as and even harder work once you get one.

sometimes I watch things like this www.youtube.com/watch?v=dYK_Gq… and just MAAAN that detail I need to get me some of those skills. AND IT WAS MADE AROUND 2004!! LIKE NEARLY TEN YEARS AGO SO GOOD OHMYGOSH. But no this is the one that started my fascination: www.youtube.com/watch?v=luuUE0… (2002). When I was quite a bit younger my dad would play this game and I was just blown away when I saw this cinematic with him! Compared to the pixar films I had seen i almost swore this was live filming and what I was seeing was real. After that I could never stop watching the stuff!! Dream Works! Pixar! Oh so gooood It's that feeling I get in the pit of my stomach that makes me so happy just looking at it and then imagining that someday I just might be able to contribute to something a fraction of this greatness.

That's practically what made me want to get better. Seeing greatness inspired me to achieve my own but man I have a long way to go. I'm so glad my father supports this choice because he's basically the one responsible for this dream. I just hope I can even get into a school who can teach me how to do this and even if art school doesn't work out or even if I get there graduate and it still doesn't go the way I think it would, just maybe I'll find find a way in life because of it. I've at least tried to improve in the 2D digital art aspect before even moving to a different dimension
